1. Star Talent Palmer Fit for Important Capital Clash with Arsenal

Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca confirmed on Friday that Cole Palmer is available for selection for the team's vital Premier League encounter against London rivals Arsenal.

The 23-year-old England midfielder was unavailable due to a broken toe suffered after an unfortunate incident.

“He is ready to start and participate,” Maresca commented. “Everyone is happy.”

This season, Palmer has made only four appearances across all competitions, finding the net on two occasions.

Since his arrival from Manchester City in the previous year, he has recorded 45 strikes and 29 setups in 101 appearances for the London club.

“He is our best player, we are pleased he is back, we need to give him time to be completely ready,” Maresca continued. “He has done fantastic in the past and no doubt he is going to do very good for this club in the future.”

2. Everton Get No Reason for Rejected Idrissa Gueye Red Card Appeal

The Merseyside club have failed in their protest against Idrissa Gueye's sending off for a fight with fellow player Michael Keane during the team's single-goal triumph at Manchester United.

The 36-year-old Senegalese player was dismissed only 13 minutes into the game after slapping Keane during a disagreement over a poor pass.

The player promptly expressed regret, and the pair were seen reconciled later in a mock online post.

However, the appeal against the dismissal was turned down, and Gueye must serve a three-match suspension, leaving Everton depleted for their next match against Newcastle.

“We lodged an appeal and it was unsuccessful,” manager David Moyes revealed. “We haven’t been given any reason why it was turned down but we did appeal it.”

Inquired about any further fallout from the incident, Moyes added: “It ended right away, it was done, that was it, we progressed quite quickly and it was all sorted within the dressing room.”

3. Yoane Wissa Trains with The Magpies for Initial Session since Injury

The club's recent signing Yoane Wissa has practiced with his squad for the first time since suffering a knee problem shortly after his arrival from his former club in the autumn.

Head coach Eddie Howe confirmed the development on the end of the week but did not disclose a possible return date for the player.

Murillo was feeling his hamstring muscle after the comfortable Europa League victory, but Dyche said the player “should be fine”.
